Washiya Mohamed (born 18 June 1999 in Malé, Maldives) is a prominent Maldivian film and television actress who has quickly risen as one of the notable young talents in the industry. She began her acting career in 2019 with a main role in the sitcom web series Thin Bibee, marking her debut in professional screen performance. 

Washiya gained recognition for her diverse and compelling portrayals in several acclaimed web series and films. Her notable television work includes roles in Ehenas, Huvaa Kohfa Bunan, Mazloom, Dharaka, Netheemey, Mirai, and Varah Loabivey. These performances displayed her range from emotionally complex characters to intense dramatic arcs. 

In film, Washiya received international acclaim for her role as an obsessed girlfriend in Hehes (2022), earning the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Karnataka International Film Festival. She continued her success with roles in Kalhaki (2023), Free Delivery (2023), and lead roles in upcoming projects such as Kanbalhi and Lasviyas (2024), as well as 2025 films including Abadhah, Sorry, and Kan’bulo.
