
Mariyam Shifa (born 22 November 1999 in Lh. Naifaru, Maldives) is a Maldivian film actress, dancer, and social media personality active in the entertainment industry since 2018. She first rose to public attention with her acting debut in the suspense thriller Dhevansoora (2018), where she played Shiyadha Najeeb in a project that was widely noted in Dhivehi cinema for its ensemble cast and genre‑driven storytelling.
Shifa grew up in a performance‑oriented environment, with her father being a prominent boduberu (traditional drumming) player and her mother a singer, influences that helped shape her artistic interests from a young age. She expanded her screen work with roles in films such as Nivairoalhi and 40+ (both 2019), and continued into more recent cinematic projects like Lasviyas (2024), where she appeared alongside other leading talents.
